This week was pretty standard for us. Work, daycare, and evenings at home.
Matt and I did get out on Saturday for dinner and a movie, thanks to Auntie Sabrina. I think we even kept the Cameron discussion to a minimum and just enjoyed time away.
While we were away Cameron got to play and have some fun. Sabrina gave him his Christmas gift- an adorable outfit and a music table!
Isn’t he so cute in his hat?
The music table is a fun toy, and she even adapted it so he can work on his unsupported sitting while playing. So far he favors the guitar…I like to play the drum.
We have been trying to have more floor playing time since we now have a dedicated (and padded) area of the house. (Thanks to my aunt for the floor tiles!) He will roll and shimmy about for quite a while, but he does still like to play in his ‘office’.
Daycare noticed that he’s been happier playing on the floor, and goes longer stretches without much fussiness. It must be working!

Those floor tiles are golden- we have those too – loved them! And I love Cameron’s hat. So adorable! Gee that sounds like our schedule too – work/daycare/home/sleep. Except we don’t have anyone to watch Julianna, so we need to have the babysitter come to the house when we want to go out. You guys are lucky
Date night is a complete necessity.
